MechEnamel: "How do you make that finish?" "Is it glass?"
MechEnamel is a proprietary, enamel-like finish that is harder than plastic, luminescent like glass, yet durable like stone. While the process is protected by Patent, Copyright and other US and International laws, we're keeping the details under our hats for now.

Also protected by Patent, our clasp is totally unique to our product. We could have opted for the usual clasp available on most bracelets and necklaces... instead we worked hard to create something amazing. The clasp plate is orange on all MechaWear bracelets because if it weren't clearly marked, it would be invisible.

Colors: MechaWear jewelry is always available in Red, Blue, Green and Pink. We dedicate other colors to our MechaCause project. We are always open to suggestions for colors. We may do custom work at some point...like if we had enough requests (hint). The MechaCause colors may be reproduced in the future for special fundraising events or by popular demand.

Materials: We strive to use as much recycled material as we possibly can. We use common bike chain, stainless steel spokes, inner tube and other tidbits as needed. In the near future you'll see MechaWear products made from recycled cloth, leather and other textiles.

Durability: The MechEnamel finish is very durable. While it can be scratched, you won't need to pamper it. Plan on wearing your MechaWear items during most of your daily activities.

Rust: We treat our recycled chain with very powerful rust protectant. However, not a good idea to wear your bracelet or necklace while swimming, showering or working out.
